Bill is senior vice president of Training and Development. He joined Crawford in 1996, as vice president and chief learning officer. Before joining Crawford, Bill served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. From 1976 to 1979, he served as an Organizational Effectiveness Staff Officer and managed the Organizational Effectiveness Staff Officer Program within the United States. Immediately following his military career, Bill was the managing partner of Southern Consulting Group, an Atlanta-based organization-development consulting firm. Bill obtained his BA in sociology from the University of Albuquerque and completed his course work for his Master's degree in Organization Development at Pepperdine University in California.

| Bruce Stauf |

Bruce is the director of Crawford Educational Services and has been a trainer in the insurance industry for more than 16 years. Bruce is the author of numerous insurance programs including video, correspondence-based, and on-line courses. He was also a contributing author of AIC 36 (2001 ed.). In his 30 years with Crawford, Bruce has worked as a multi-line adjuster, adjuster-in-charge, branch supervisor, training specialist, and manager. Bruce has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He has also earned an Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America and served as an officer in the Arizona State Claims Association and the Springfield, Missouri Claims Association. Bruce specializes in casualty, workers’ compensation, and insurance fraud investigation training.

| Charles Carrington |

| Charles joined the Crawford Educational Services training staff in 2005, bringing 20 years of claims adjusting experience with him. Charles joined Crawford in 1985 as an inside adjuster in our Washington, D.C./Fairfax, Virginia branch. Since then, he has worked as an outside adjuster, supervisor, and manager for Crawford. Charles was the 2003 recipient of Crawford & Company’s Virginia Crawford Distinguished Service Award, the Company’s highest honor. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business as well as a Master of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from Norfolk University in Norfolk, Virginia. Charles holds an Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and certification in Supervisory Management from the Insurance Institute of America. Charles will focus on training claims management services classes and client casualty classes. |

| Rick has been a training specialist with Crawford Educational Services since 1995. Prior to 1995, Rick was a property general adjuster for Crawford & Company. Before joining Crawford, Rick worked for Aetna Life & Casualty as a claims unit property supervisor, claim unit "no fault" supervisor, senior property claim representative, and property claim representative. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has an Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America. Rick specializes in training catastrophe as well as basic, intermediate, and advanced property adjusting classes for both employees and clients. |

| Deloris Lansche |

| Dee joined Crawford Educational Services in 2005 and has more than 16 years of claims industry experience. Her career began as a personal lines property and casualty lines adjuster for Nationwide Insurance. After relocating to Atlanta, Dee served as a personal auto adjuster for Atlanta Casualty, a unit manager for Great American Insurance, and an auditor for Infinity Insurance. After working for AIG and a local third party administrator, Dee joined the Crawford Educational Services staff. Dee holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. She has also earned the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Her primary concentration is the development and implementation of systems training. |

| Patricia Nyberg |

| Patti is a registered nurse and has been a healthcare management training specialist for Crawford Educational Services since 1996. Prior Crawford experience includes Healthcare Management Services (HCM) branch manager in Atlanta, Georgia, HCM branch manager of the Columbia, South Carolina branch, assistant HCM branch manager for the Savannah, Georgia branch, and utilization review nurse. Patti received her associate in nursing degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. She is licensed by the State of Georgia, Board of Nursing and the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review. She is certified as a case manager, critical care nurse, and emergency nurse. Patti specializes in training of both technical and theoretical standards for healthcare management. |

| Colm Keenan |

| Colm Keenan is the vice president of KMC On DemandSM. Prior to joining Crawford, Colm was president and founder of ClaimStar.net. Founded in 2000, ClaimStar quickly became the premier claims information and training resource for the property and casualty industry, providing courses to more than 3,500 adjusters from more than 150 companies. Crawford acquired it in April 2007 and rebranded it as Crawford Online. In 2009, Crawford Online was renamed KMC On Demand. Prior to founding ClaimStar.net, Colm spent 13 years in the property and casualty industry. He held a series of progressively responsible positions at Allstate, beginning as a property and auto claims adjuster, then moving up to management and training at the National Claim Training Center, and finally managing the Applied Research group. |
